Calorie Needs Calculator
The Calorie Needs Calculator can be used with existing clients to help them know how many calories to aim for each day to reach their goals. This takes about five minutes to set up.
Calorie Needs Email
CALORIE NEEDS RESULTS EMAIL
1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates and search for the term 'Calorie' to find the Calorie Needs Calculator Results Email (Clone to Use) email. You can also find it in the SC Tools/Calculator Emails folder.
2. Click on the ellipsis menu (three vertical dots) and select Clone.
3. Enter the name of the new email and press Clone.
Calorie Needs Automations
CALORIE NEEDS RESULTS WORKFLOW
1. Go to Automation > Workflows and search for the term 'Calorie' to find the Calorie Calculator (Clone to Use) workflow. You can also find it in the SC Tools/Calculators folder.
2. Click on the ellipsis menu (three vertical dots) and select Duplicate Workflow.
3. Enter the name of the new workflow and press Create.
CALORIE NEEDS RESULTS EMAIL
4. Open the workflow and open the Send Calories Email [Edit] action step.
5. Change the subject line, if needed, and select the correct email template from the dropdown menu
6. Hover over the template preview and click on Edit. This will open a pop-up window where you can edit the email.
7. Update the wording, as required. Delete the email footer and replace it with your email footer found in the Saved Items tab in the left hand panel (just drag and drop the email footer element to the bottom of the email).
8. Press Save in the top right corner of the editor when complete, and then press the X in the top left corner to close the window.
9. Press Save Action in the bottom right corner to return to the workflow.
10. Toggle on Publish and press Save.
Calorie Needs Funnel
CALORIE NEEDS FUNNEL
1. Go to the Sites > Funnels and open the SC Programs and Resources folder. Search for the term 'Calorie' to find the Calorie Needs Calculator (Clone to Use) funnel.
2. Click on the ellipsis menu (three vertical dots) and select Clone.
3. Enter the name of the new funnel and press Confirm.
4. Once created, click again on the ellipsis menu (three vertical dots) and select Move to Folder. Either select a folder from the drop down menu or click Move to Root Folder.
5. Open the funnel, and click on Edit. Resize your logo (width only) and make any other changes, as needed.
6. Press the Save button regularly while making changes and press Publish when complete.
Chat Widget and Favicon
ADD CHAT WIDGET AND FAVICON
1. Go to the funnel dashboard and click on the Settings tab.
2. Open the Chat Widget drop down and select the correct chat widget.
3. In the Favicon URL box, type in custom_values.favicon surrounded by double braces/curly brackets (as shown in the image below).
4. Press Save when finished.
Funnel URL
CREATE A FUNNEL URL/SUBDOMAIN
1. Go to Settings > Domains and click on the blue + Connect Domain button in the top right corner.
2. Enter your chosen subdomain (such as calories.mygym.com) in the Domain URL box and click Add Record Manually to continue (NOT the blue Continue button).
3. In the next window, click Verify Records to continue. There may be up to a 30 second delay while this processes.
4. Lastly, on the next page, choose the correct funnel and select the landing page.

That's it! You are all done. You can now the URL of your Calorie Needs Calculator with your clients. You may want to add it to the Coach Catalyst resources folder for your program.
