Site Settings and Custom Domain

SITE DETAILS

1. Go to Memberships > Courses > Settings > Site Details.

2. Add a tile, subdomain (your company name), support email, and support phone number.

3. Add a logo (recommended dimensions of 640x640) and a favicon (recommended dimensions of 32x32).

4. Click Save.

We can add a background image to your membership log-in page. This will need to be using code, which we will add to Advanced > Custom CSS section.

MAGIC LINK

1. Go to Memberships > Courses > Settings > Site Details.

2. Click on Generate Magic Link.

Magic links can be added to the login information email. When clients click the link, it takes them straight to the membership area and gives them access without them having to log in.

CUSTOM DOMAIN

After you have changed your subdomain in settings, your memberships area address will be something like mygymname.memberships.msgsndr.com. If you want to change that, you can create a subdomain for your site instead.

1. Go to your domain provider and create a CNAME record pointing to preview.memberships.msgsndr.com.

2. In SuperCoach CRM, go to Memberships > Courses > Settings > Custom Domains and add your new subdomain.

3. Press Save.

Custom App

CUSTOM APP

Give your clients access to your membership content anytime, anywhere with your own app. This a still web based but it provides an app-like experience for its users. It is referred to as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) because it improves as new features are added.

1. Go to Memberships > Courses > Settings > App Settings.

2. Toggle on Enable PWA.

3. Upload your app icon images (one should be 512x512 and the other should be 192x192) and choose your app colors.

4. Press Save to finish.

CUSTOM APP DOWNLOAD

When your clients first login to your Memberships portal on mobile, they will be automatically prompted to save the app to their device.

Login Details

LOGIN DETAILS

There are two options to send someone their login credentials when they are first granted access to a membership offer.

You can either select the email template in Memberships > Courses > Settings > Emails Settings (which is a good option if you are sending the same email for all courses) or you can use workflow (which is a good option if you want to send a different email for different courses).

Click here for more information about setting up login details.

Whichever option you choose, ensure that only one option is live. Click on Automations above for more details on using Workflows.
