Website Editing
There are many overlapping features between the funnel builder and the website builder. This page goes through website-specific features. For more information, see the Funnels page.
ACCESS THE WEBSITE BUILDER
1. Click on Sites > Websites.
2. Click the edit icon for the page you wish to edit.
Global Sections
Global sections are a great way to set up your website efficiently, with sections that will appear on every page. This saves you time, as sections won't need to be copied over from page to page. A header or footer, for example, are common global sections that appear on the top of most websites.
SAVE A GLOBAL SECTION
1. Click Sections > Manage Sections at the top of the page.
2. On the right, you see icons to reorder, toggle visibility, copy, save, or delete. Choose Save.
3. Under Save As select Global Section and name the section. Click Save.
ACCESS GLOBAL SECTIONS
1. Click the green plus to add a new section or click Sections > Add Section at the top of the page.
2. On the right-hand side, you'll see 3 options under the Section menu. Choose Global Sections.
3. Drag and drop into the web page.
4. Click Save in the top right corner to save your changes.
Navigation Bar
CHANGE THE MENU ITEMS
1. Click on the navigation bar item.
2. Scroll down to the Menu Items.
3. Click on the Pencil icon to edit the link title and destination. Click on the Grip icon to rearrange the menu items. Click on + Add Item to create a new menu link.
CHANGE THE LOGO
1. Click on the navigation bar item.
2. Scroll down to Image Options > Brand Logo.
3. Click on the Picture icon to upload, search or select a new logo image. You select your new image by clicking the Checkmark Icon.
4. Resize the new image. It is best practice to only define one dimension as the constraint. In most cases, this is just the width.
MOBILE COLOUR NAVIGATION
You can control some things using the builder, but other details need to be changed using CSS.
1. Click on the navigation bar item and scroll down the General settings menu on the left-hand side.

3. Save your changes
If you have any how-to questions or need support with platform tools or features, you can chat with our new Level 1 Triage Team by clicking the purple chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This team is available 24/7 to give you instant answers to your queries at any time of day.
If you have a more advanced question, you can email our Level 2 Specialist Team at [email protected]. This team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 1:00pm (EDT). They focus their mornings on replying to support queries, and their afternoons on new resource creation, platform-wide improvements, and project requests.
The Level 2 Specialist Team will be unavailable on August 21, August 25, and September 1. During this time, the Level 1 Triage Team will still be available 24/7 via the purple chat bubble for any how-to questions and platform-related queries.
