Media Library

The Media Library supports a large range of file types including images, video, audio and documents. Once a file is added to the Media Library, you can access it over and over again.

ACCESSING MEDIA LIBRARY

The Media Library can also be accessed from anywhere in SuperCoach CRM where you can upload an image such as Funnels, Emails, Social Planner and Memberships. To open the Media Library directly, click on Settings > Media > Open Media Library.

UPLOAD FILE

To upload an image (or file), click on the green Upload File button in the top right corner and select the required file from your device. You can also drag and drop images from your device file explorer folder.

SEARCH FOR FILES

If you have named your files to make them easily identifiable, you can use the search box at the top of the screen.

SORT FILES

You can sort images by Last Modified or by Name.

Media Library Files

RENAME A FILE

Right-click on the file and select Rename. Enter a new name and press Ok to exit. Renaming files does not affect the file URL.

DELETE A FILE

Either select the file and then click on the Trashcan icon that appears at the top of the screen or right-click on the file and select Delete. Deleting files does not affect the file URL but does mean the file cannot be reaccessed.

GET LINK

You will need the URL of a file, select the required file and then either click on the link icon that appears at the top of the screen or right-click on the file and select Get Link. This will copy the URL to your clipboard.

LIBRARY FOLDERS

You can use folders to keep your media library organized. Click Create Folder in the top-right corner. Give the folder a name and press Save. You can also create folders within a folder. To rename or delete a folder, right-click on the folder and select the required option.

MOVE A FILE TO A FOLDER

Right-click on the image (or file) and select Move to Folder. Click on the name of the folder and select Move Here. If the folder has subfolders, you will also be given the option to select there. You can also drag an image (or file) into a folder.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES

In addition to your own media, you can also access free images on Unsplash and Pixabay.

1. To change the source, click on the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

2. Enter a keyword in the Search Box to find relevant images.

3. When you have found the right image, right-click on the image and either select Add Image to My Media or Get Link.

4. Change the source back to My Media for more options, such as moving the file to a folder or adding it to a project.

ADDING IMAGES TO A FUNNEL

To add images to a funnel or website, add an image element (or image feature or SVG) and then click on the Picture icon in the General tab on the left hand side. This will open the media library where you can access the required file.

ADDING IMAGES TO EMAILS

To add images to a email, drag on an image block and then click Replace in the left hand panel. This will open the media library where you can access the required file.

Coach Catalyst

You can add media from SuperCoach CRM to Coach Catalyst lessons, including PDF Files. Click here if, instead, you want to add your file to the Resources folder in Coach Catalyst.

GET LINK

You will need the URL of the file you want to add to Coach Catalyst. In the SuperCoach CRM Media Library, select the required file and then either click on the link icon that appears at the top of the screen or right-click on the file and select Get Link. This will copy the URL to your clipboard.

COACH CATALYST

In Coach Catalyst, open the program and lesson that you want to add the lesson to. Click on the link icon in the lesson editor and paste the URL into the relevant box.
