Canva Invitations

CANVA INVITATIONS

Your branded Canva resources will be shared with you as editable Canva files and we will send you an invitation email with the access links. As these invitations are time-limited, we recommend setting a rule within your inbox to flag or star these emails, so that you don't miss them.

CANVA NOTIFICATIONS

You can also accept the invitation directly in Canva (which can be helpful, if you have lost the email). Click on Notifications at the top of the Canva homepage (bell icon) for more information,

ACCESSING SHARED CANVA TEMPLATES

Once the invitation has been accepted, you can access these projects/documents by going to Projects > Shared With You on your Canva dashboard or by clicking on the Canva Documents menu link in the SuperCoach CRM.

RENAMING CANVA TEMPLATES

It’s extremely important that you do not rename your shared Canva templates. We manage a lot of files for different companies, so your company name and project name need to stay in the title to keep everything organized on our end.

If you want to rename the document, you can do that on your computer once you’ve downloaded it.

Downloading Resources

PDF RESOURCES

Once you have completed any edits that you want to make to the documents, you will need to download them as a PDF for clients to access.

1. In the Canva desktop editor, you can either select File > Download from the menu bar or click on the Share button in the top right corner and select Download.

2. Select PDF Standard as the file type.

3. Select the pages required and press Download.

IMAGE RESOURCES

Once you have completed any edits that you want to make to the graphics, you will need to download them as either a png or jpg. If you graphic has a transparent background, you will need to choose png. Otherwise, choose jpg.

1. In the Canva desktop editor, you can either select File > Download from the menu bar or click on the Share button in the top right corner and select Download.

2. Select either JPG or PNG as the file type.

3. Select the pages/settings required and press Download.

Coach Catalyst

You can either add guides to the Resources folder in Coach Catalyst or add them as links to a lesson.

RESOURCES FOLDER

Click here for information on how to add a file to Resources in Coach Catalyst. If you are using a Resources folder, don't forget to copy and paste the name of the folder into the workflow.

LINKED RESOURCES

Click here for information on how to add files to a Coach Catalyst lesson. You could also use your SuperCoach CRM Media Library to store the files and then copy the URL to Coach Catalyst.

File Size

FILE SIZE

As the maximum file size for a PDF in Coach Catalyst is 25MB, you may need to compress the recipe guide PDF before uploading it Coach Catalyst. Click here for a free online compression tool.

IMAGES

If you are adding an image to a SuperCoach CRM funnel or email, or a Coach Catalyst lesson, we recommend compressing the image before uploading. For funnel images, we also recommend converting the file to a webp file. Click here for a free online compression and conversion tool.

Terms of Use

TERMS OF USE

All templates are provided as a single-organization license for use only as final, flattened designs (such as a PDF or image). You can edit the Canva resources in any way you want and use it with your fitness clients and within your coaching programs. You can add your brand name, logo, and colors. You can edit the text, delete information, and add new information.

You must not share your Canva links with your clients or anyone else and you must not sell, pass on or give this document to anyone outside of your coaching business (such as other coaches, trainers, consultants).
