Nutrition Macro Report Tool
The SuperCoach CRM Nutrition Report Tool creates a personalized calorie and macro report based on an individualβs goals, age, weight, height, and activity level. You can use it to spark conversations with leads, provide tailored targets for clients, or offer it as a low-barrier entry point for those not quite ready to commit to coaching.
People love receiving something that feels personal β itβs fast, relevant, and makes them feel seen. And because it highlights just one part of the bigger picture, it naturally opens the door to deeper support and paid coaching.
NUTRITION REPORT (Updated May 2025)
The Nutrition Report is now available to GROW, LAUNCH and THRIVE users, and costs 3 credits to request.
Click below to request the funnel/automation to be set up. Please allow up to 28 days for this to be completed. You also need to factor in time after we have completed the initial setup to edit and test the funnel.
Testing
TESTING
Before doing any edits, you must test the Nutrition Report. As well as double checking that the report is working as intended, this will also help you to understand what the client sees and how the information is displayed once the results are calculated. Go to Sites > Funnels and open your nutrition report. You can find the URL on the funnel overview page. You only need the part up to the .com (as highlighted in the image below).

FUNNEL INFORMATION
You can edit your funnel pages (to change the wording or information) but be careful not to change anything in the curly braces/brackets.
1. Go to Sites > Funnels and select your Nutrition Report Funnel.
2. Select the required step and press Edit.
3. Make any changes you want.
4. Press the Save button regularly while making changes and press Publish when complete.
You can use the Pages icon in the top menu bar or the page title to change to the other steps. Click here for more information on editing a funnel template.

CALL TO ACTION
Next, you need to edit the call to action. Open the Results page and update the 'What's Next?' section to explain what you do, how you help the lead to achieve their goals and add your call to action (such as a free discovery call, a free day pass, etc). Once complete, press Publish.

If you wish to change anything on either the Nutrition Report survey, please contact us. On the live nutrition report, the survey will reflect your company brand colors.
Nutrition Report Automations
AUTOMATION
We have workflow to automate a number of tasks related to the Nutrition Report. The workflow also runs the calculations, tags the contact, updates their nutrition report stage contact field, and adds the contact to the right pipeline stages.
The workflow will automatically send the contact an email when their report is ready. It will also send a follow-up email.
Nutrition Report Emails
RESULTS EMAIL
1. Go to Automations > Workflows, open your Nutrition Report Workflow (you can use the search box if needed).
2. Open the Send Results Email [Edit] step. Change the subject line, if required, and check the correct email template has been added.
3. Hover over the template preview and click on Edit. This will open a pop-up window where you can edit the email.
4. Update the Call to Action information which is highlighted in yellow (and remove the highlighting).
5. Make any other changes as necessary. To edit the appearance of the text, click on the text and the editing toolbar will appear at the top. To add your company footer, click on the Saved Items tab and drag your footer to the bottom of the email (and delete the existing footer).
6. Press Save when complete and then press the X in the top left corner to close the window.
7. Press Save Action to return to the workflow.
FOLLOW UP EMAIL
1. Open the Send Follow Up Email [Edit] step. Change the subject line, if required, and check the correct email template has been added.
2. Hover over the template preview and click on Edit.
3. Update the Call to Action information which is highlighted in yellow (and remove the highlighting).
4. Make any other changes as necessary (change the copy, add your logo, swap the footer, etc).
5. Press Save when complete and then press the X in the top left corner to close the window.
6. Press Save Action to return to the workflow.

NOTE: If you cannot see the Save button when editing emails within the workflow, change the zoom level of your browser to 90% or 80%. You can also access the emails in Marketing > Emails > Templates, which will give you a full window view. If you access the emails through this option, you will need to press Sync Changes to update the emails in the workflow.
Nurture Sequence
NURTURE SEQUENCE
In addition to the built in report emails (see below), you might also want to add the contact to a separate nurture sequence workflow.
1. Scroll to the end of the workflow and click on a + icon to add an Action step.
2. From the right hand menu, choose Add to Workflow.
3. Select the correct workflow from the dropdown list (and change the Action Name if required).
4. Press Save Action to return to the workflow.
If the nurture sequence is only being used with the Nutrition Report, it will not need a trigger event. We recommend adding a wait step either before the Add to Workflow step or at the start of the nurture sequence so that contact receives the first nurture email a day or two after the follow up emai.
Viewing Interactions/Results
SURVEY SUBMISSIONS
1. To view or download the nutrition report results for all contacts, go to Sites > Surveys > Submissions.
2. Select the Nutrition Report Form from the dropdown and change the date range as required.
3. Select the relevant contacts and click Download CSV.
CONTACTS
To view the nutrition report results for a particular contact, click on Contacts and click on the name on the required contact. In the panel on the left, open the collapsible sections for the Nutrition Report. You may need to collapse other sections first.
The appearance and order of these sections can be customized in Settings > Custom Fields > Folders. Click here for more information on Contacts and click here for information on Custom Fields.
PIPELINE STAGE
Click on Opportunities and change the filter to Nutrition Report. You can also select a date range. You will be able to see who has submitted the survey and whether they have accessed the results. You will need to an Update Opportunity action step to your calendar workflow to move them to the final column.

GOOGLE SHEETS
It is also possible to link the result data to your Google Sheets using an action step in workflows. Please contact Support for more details if you would like to do this.
Additional Tasks and Optional Extras
COOKIE CONSENT
Depending on where you operate and where your website visitors are from, as you are collecting data when someone signs up, you may need a cookie notice. Click here for more details about how to add cookie consent to your funnel.
INSTAGRAM LINKS PAGE
Don't forget to update your Instagram links page! Go to Sites > Funnels and select your Instagram Links funnel. Clone an existing button and edit the button text and URL at the bottom of the left hand panel.
SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS

TARGETS AND PDF GUIDE
Once a client has completed the forms, you could use the results to set targets in Coach Catalyst and tracking apps. To access this data, see the Viewing Results section above for more details.
You could also use the data to create a personalized PDF for your clients. If you have a small number of clients, you can manually enter the information into a document template. If you're working with a larger group, you may prefer to use a mail-merge tool (such as Bulk Create in Canva). As Bulk Create is not a SuperCoach CRM feature, we donβt offer any resources or support for setting it up.
