Sugar Detox Challenge

The Sugar Detox Challenge is a five-week program designed to helping your client eat less added sugar, and replacing their stress eating habits with new, healthy habits.

SUGAR DETOX CHALLENGE
Sugar Detox Challenge can by used at any time of year, but it is often used in during Lent in the lead up to Easter.

Click below to request the funnel/automation set up. Please allow up to 28 days for this to be completed. You also need to factor in time after we have completed the initial setup to edit and test the funnel. Lent 2026 starts on February 18.

SUGAR DETOX CHALLENGE PROGRAM

1. To access the Sugar Detox Challenge program, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.

2. Next click on Programs in the left hand menu bar and the select the Marketplace tab.

3. Locate the required program and then click on Save to My Programs.

SUGAR DETOX CHALLENGE 2025

Sugar Detox Challenge can by used at any time of year, but it is often used in during Lent in the lead up to Easter. For Lent/Easter 2025, the program would be assigned on March 3. For Lent/Easter 2026, the program would be assigned on February 16.
