Sugar Detox Challenge

The Sugar Detox Challenge is a five-week program designed to helping your client eat less added sugar, and replacing their stress eating habits with new, healthy habits.

Sugar Detox Challenge can by used at any time of year, but it is often used in during Lent in the lead up to Easter.

SUGAR DETOX CHALLENGE PROGRAM

1. To access the Sugar Detox Challenge program, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.

2. Next click on Programs in the left hand menu bar and the select the Marketplace tab.

3. Locate the required program and then click on Save to My Programs.

SUGAR DETOX CHALLENGE 2025

Sugar Detox Challenge can by used at any time of year, but it is often used in during Lent in the lead up to Easter. For Lent/Easter 2025, the program would be assigned on March 3. For Lent/Easter 2026, the program would be assigned on February 16.

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.

Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
