5 Day Macro Mastery
The 5-Day Macro Mastery Challenge is a practical, education-first program designed to help clients build awareness, apply macro principles, and gain early wins. Through five structured lessons, clients move from understanding what macros are to confidently experimenting with tracking and meal building. It’s an ideal on-ramp to deeper coaching or a warm-up to your 28-day program. We recommend using this in conjunction with the Nutrition Report Tool.

1. To access the 5 Day Macro Mastery Challenge, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.
2. Next click on Programs in the left hand menu bar and the select the Marketplace tab.
3. Locate the required program and then click on Save to My Programs.

We recommend pairing this program with your Nutrition Calculator Tool. You can add your Calculator URL to Day 3 of the program to guide clients through finding their macro targets.
