Back to School Nutrition
Back to School Nutrition is a themed version of the Back to Basics Nutrition program (an eight-week program that has a different focus each week - planning, whole foods, eating slowly, protein, vegetables, smart carbs, healthy fats, and hydration). This program is a middle ground between a challenge and a habit coaching program. The aim is to help clients to lose weight and learn how to keep it off. Throughout the program, clients eat whole foods.
Click below to either request to request the funnel/automation set up and/or request a branded copy of the recipe guide. Please allow up to 28 days for this to be completed. You also need to factor in time after we have completed the initial setup to edit and test the funnel. If your program prep starts on September 13, we recommend submitting this request by August 2.
