Back to School Nutrition

Back to School Nutrition is a themed version of the Back to Basics Nutrition program (an eight-week program that has a different focus each week - planning, whole foods, eating slowly, protein, vegetables, smart carbs, healthy fats, and hydration). This program is a middle ground between a challenge and a habit coaching program. The aim is to help clients to lose weight and learn how to keep it off. Throughout the program, clients eat whole foods.

BACK TO SCHOOL SEPTEMBER 2025

Back to School is a popular seasonal program that works well at the start of the school year—typically September in the Northern Hemisphere and January in the Southern Hemisphere. The branded funnel, automations, and marketing emails will be added to your account at the end of July.

This setup is free and does NOT require a credit. Guides are not automatically included in this setup, but you can request them below. If you would like us to set up Back to School at another time of year, please contact Support.

SUCCESS GUIDES AND RECIPES (Updated March 2023)

Click below to request either a branded copy of the recipes and success guides or instant access to edit and brand them yourself. The guide can be requested at any time. If you choose the branded option, please allow up to 28 days for completion. If you’d prefer a non-themed option, you can request the Back to Basics guide instead.

CANVA DESIGN EDITS

Back to School Canva resources include a branded Client Guide and Recipe Booklet and a branded Community Banner. You will need to download these resources to use with your clients. You can also make changes to the designs.

Once we have completed your project request, you will need to make edits to the funnel, add and link your product, edit the workflow (and add CC program information), and complete a test payment to check the workflow.

BACK TO SCHOOL

1. To access the Back to School program log in to your Coach Catalyst account.

2. Next click on Programs in the left hand menu bar and the select the Marketplace tab.

3. Locate the required program and then click on Save to My Programs.

BACK TO BASICS

If you’d prefer a non-themed version, the Back to Basics program is also available. It includes the same content without the Back to School theme applied to the prep weekend.

Images used within SuperCoach CRM resources are licensed to be used in the specific resource only. If you need additional images for the project or social media, you can source free back to school images from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash. With attribution, you can also use images from Freepik.

You are responsible for checking the terms of use/license agreements for any images you use.

If you have a quick, system-specific "how-to" question, you can chat with our L1 Triage Support Team using the purple chat bubble in the bottom corner of the software. This team offers live chat 24/7, giving you instant access to help at any time of day.

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.

Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
