Social Media Automations

SOCIAL MEDIA AUTOMATIONS

SuperCoach CRM has a number of workflow features to help you automate replies and interactions with leads or customers who engage with your Facebook or Instagram posts. Similar to tools like ManyChat, you can now set up automations to respond to comments, send direct messages, or trigger interaction messages—turning engagement into conversation without needing to manually follow up each time.

Integrations

INTEGRATIONS

Before getting started, go to Settings > Integrations and make sure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected. If they’re not, click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll be asked to enable access for LeadConnector and select the relevant business pages.

If you previously connected your accounts before this feature became available, you may need to disconnect and reconnect to allow the additional permissions.

FACEBOOK BUSINESS

Only Facebook Business Pages and Instagram accounts connected to a Business profile can be integrated. Click here to access your Facebook Business account and click here for information on how to connect your Instagram page to your Facebook Business account.

Facebook does not allow automations for personal profiles.

1 . Go to Automations > Workflows, and click the + Create Workflow button in the top right of the screen.

If you have a quick, system-specific "how-to" question, you can chat with our L1 Triage Support Team using the purple chat bubble in the bottom corner of the software. This team offers live chat 24/7, giving you instant access to help at any time of day.

If you have a more complex or outcome-specific “how-to” question, or a query about project requests, done-for-you resources, or Coach Catalyst, you can email our L2 Specialist Team at [email protected]. This team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm (EDT).

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.

Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
