Christmas Countdown
If you are looking for a way to keep current client engaged during the holiday season and/or a way to generate leads, the Christmas/Holiday Countdown is a great challenge to run. Designed to start on December 1, the Countdown Challenge gives clients a quick movement task that relates to the date during advent.
CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN DECEMBER 2025
Since this is a popular program, the branded funnel, automations, and marketing emails will be added to your account on October 20. You could also use this funnel to run the 12 Days of Fitmas or the No Holiday Weight Gain program.
This setup is free and does NOT require a credit. Guides are not automatically included in this setup, but you can request them below. If you would like us to set up the Spooktacular at another time of year, please contact Support.
COUNTDOWN SUCCESS GUIDES AND RECIPES (Updated November 2024)
Click below to request either a branded copy of the recipes and success guides or instant access to edit and brand them yourself. The guide can be requested at any time. If you choose the branded option, please allow up to 28 days for completion.

CANVA DESIGN EDITS
Countdown Canva resources includes a Holiday Success and Festive Shake Recipes client guide. You will need to download these resources to use with your clients. You can also make changes to the designs.

FUNNEL AND WORKFLOW EDITS (Test by November 14)
Once we have completed your project request, you will need to make edits. You can either run this as a free or paid program. See the video above (around 02:40) to see how to show/hide the correct form type. Click here for alternate instructions if you are running the Countdown as a paid program.

Once we have completed your project request, you will need to make edits to the marketing emails. If you are using the marketing emails workflow, you need to add your contacts by the end of November 19.

1. To access the seasonal programs for the Christmas Countdown, 12 Days of Fitmas, or No Holiday Weight Gain, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.
2. Go to Programs > Marketplace, search for the required program, and click on Preview Program.
3. Edit the name of the program and press Save Program to finish.

Images used within SuperCoach CRM resources are licensed to be used in the specific resource only. If you need additional images for the project or social media, you can source free Christmas images from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash. With attribution, you can also use images from Freepik.
You are responsible for checking the terms of use/license agreements for any images you use.

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.
Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
