New Year Promotion
NEW YEAR 2026
January is probably the best time of year to market a challenge or program to new or existing clients. To help you start the year strong, the themed funnel, automations, and marketing emails will be added to your account on November 17. This will give you three weeks to edit the funnel, emails, and workflow, followed by three weeks to launch and market your program.
This setup is free and does NOT require a credit. If you would like to use a different funnel, you will need to request it separately.
NEW YEAR PROGRAM
Whilst there isn’t a specific program in Coach Catalyst for New Year, there are plenty of programs in the Marketplace that work perfectly for this time of year. You 2.0 is the most popular choice, closely followed by Clean and Lean and Project New You — but you can run any of our programs if you prefer.
For whichever program you decide to run, you’ll need to request the Program Guide and Recipe Pack from the relevant page. On that page, you can either a branded copy of the recipes and success guides or instant access to edit and brand them yourself. You’ll find a full list of programs and request buttons on the Information Hub homepage.
If you’d like to use a different funnel rather than the New Year–themed one, you can request that from the same program page. All New Year project requests (branded guides and/or different funnels) must be submitted by November 30.
New Year Client Resources
CANVA DESIGN EDITS
If you are using a Coach Catalyst program and added this information to your project request, then we will have branded the relevant Canva guides for you (such as a Client Success Guide and Recipes). You will need to download these resources to use with your clients. You can also make changes to the designs/content.

Coach Catalyst Program
COACH CATALYST PROGRAM
1. To access the program library, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.
2. Go to Programs > Marketplace, search for the required program (such as You 2.0, Clean and Lean, or Project New You), and click on Preview Program.
3. Rename the program and press Save Program to finish.

NEW YEAR IMAGES
As always, images used within SuperCoach CRM resources are licensed to be used in the specific resource only. If you need additional images for the project or social media, you can source free New Year images from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash.
With attribution, you can also use images from Freepik.
You are responsible for checking the terms of use/license agreements for any images you use.

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.
Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
