Nutrition Pain Points Quiz

The Nutrition Pain Points Quiz is a 15-question lead magnet designed to help contacts discover if they are thriving, surviving, or struggling in their health journey. Once completed, contacts receive an overall score and tailored advice on the next steps they can take to improve. This tool serves as an excellent conversation starter to engage with potential clients and provides valuable market research insights for your coaching business.

Click below to either request to request the funnel/automation set up and/or request a branded copy of the recipe guide. Please allow up to 28 days for this to be completed. You also need to factor in time after we have completed the initial setup to edit and test the funnel.

Requests for January 2025 have now closed, but don't worry...we have already added this resource to your accounts! Unless you requested the resource, you will need to change the color of the quiz title and button, and change the size of your logo. You can find the funnel, emails and workflow in your Project Requests Folder.

QUIZ

Depending on your SuperCoach CRM, the quiz may have been upgraded to be a survey rather than form. Either way, to make changes to quiz, click on the quiz in the funnel editor. In the right hand panel, click on either the blue Edit Form/Edit Survey button. This will open a new window.

RESULTS EMAILS

The project differs slightly to the main lead magnet instructions in that there is no PDF to add to the confirmation email. Instead, there are three results emails for you to edit (Struggling, Surviving and Thriving). For each email, you will need to add a call to action.

We also recommend adding contacts to a nurture email sequence. To do this, add an Add to Workflow action step and choose your Nurture Sequence workflow or a seasonal marketing emails workflow.
