Nutrition Pain Points Quiz

The Pain Points Quiz is a 15-question lead magnet designed to help contacts discover if they are thriving, surviving, or struggling in their health journey. Once completed, contacts receive an overall score and tailored advice on the next steps they can take to improve. This tool serves as an excellent conversation starter to engage with potential clients and provides valuable market research insights for your coaching business.

The Pain Points Quiz works really well in the lead up to New Year. Since this is a popular resource, the survey, emails and workflow will be added to your account in November. This setup is free and does NOT require a credit. If you would like us to set up the quiz at another time of year, please contact Level 2 Support on [email protected].

Pain Points Quiz and Automations

QUIZ SURVEY

The Pain Points Quiz is set up as a survey with pre-populated questions. The only thing you really need to change is the color. As the questions are configured in a specific way and linked to automations and scoring, altering them could interfere with how the survey works. You’re welcome to adjust the colors, update any of the wording on the first slide, and change the submission settings as needed.

1. Go to Sites > Surveys, open the Project Requests Surveys folder and select the 2026-01 Pain Points Quiz (or use the search bar or Recents tab).

2. On slide one, delete the holding image for the logo. Then click the + in the top left-hand corner, add a Survey Element, and drag on an Image Block. Upload your image and add a width (leave the height blank).

3. Next, click on the Title, and in the right-hand panel, click on the font color circle. Enter the new hex code for the title, then click on the gray area to exit.

4. In the top right-hand corner, click on the Style and Options menu. Scroll down to the Footer section to change the background fill of the progress bar.

5. Then, in the top left-hand corner, click on Mobile Mode. Click on Style and Options again, and add the color of the background fill here as well.

6. You can also change the copy on the first slide to introduce the survey if you want to personalise it.

7. Lastly, click on Settings and update the Submission Settings. At the moment, it’s set to display an image, but you can switch it to show a Message, customise that message, or redirect to a specific URL if preferred.

8. Press Save to finish.

QUIZ SURVEY URL

Once you’ve finished editing your survey, you’ll need to access the URL to share it. To do this, click Integrate in the top right-hand corner, then select Share and copy the link provided.

We recommend creating a URL Redirect to this link so it looks cleaner and easier to share. You can create URL Redirects in Settings > Domains & URL Redirects (choosing URL as the Redirect Type, and pasting in your survey URL).

RESULTS EMAILS

There are three results emails for you to edit (Struggling, Surviving and Thriving). For each email, you will need to add a call to action.

1. Go to Automations > Workflows, open Project Request Workflows folder. Open the 2026 Project Request Workflows subfolder and select the 2026-01 Pain Points Quiz workflow.

2. Open each Email Confirmation [Edit] step. Change the subject line for the confirmation email and check the correct email template has been added.

3. Hover over the template preview and click on Edit. This will open a pop-up window where you can edit the email.

4. Make the required changes as necessary. To edit the appearance of the text, click on the text and the editing toolbar will appear at the top. To add your company footer, click on the Saved Items tab and drag your footer to the bottom of the email (and delete the existing footer).

5. Press Save when complete and then press the X in the top left corner to close the window.

6. Press Save Action to return to the workflow.

We also recommend adding contacts to a nurture email sequence. To do this, add an Add to Workflow action step and choose your Nurture Sequence workflow or a seasonal marketing emails workflow.

Testing

TEST THE FUNNEL AND AUTOMATIONS

Once you have completed your edits, you will need to test the quiz. Open and complete the Pain Points survey. We strongly recommend testing your sat least five days before launch to allow time for any fixes if needed.

SUPPORT OR QUESTIONS

If you have any questions on how to edit the appearance of your survey (such as changing colors, adding a logo, or updating submission settings) or how to edit any of the workflow emails, you can live chat with the 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team by clicking on the purple chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Please remember that the Level 1 Team does not have access to your account notes and will not have context on your project request or specific quiz.

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.

Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
