We’ve created four ready-to-use refer-a-friend promotion forms designed specifically to help you generate new leads through your existing members. The available templates are for Valentine’s Day, Best Friend Day (June 8), Independence Day, and Black Friday.
Each form is built as a referral campaign, encouraging current members to invite a friend in exchange for a guest pass or limited-time offer.
REFERRAL FORM
1. Go to Sites > Forms and open the SC Marketing Templates folder.
2. Find the relevant promotion form. Click on the ellipsis menu (three vertical dots) and select Duplicate. Rename the form and press Confirm.
3. Click the ellipsis menu again and select Move to Folder. Either select a folder from the dropdown menu or choose Move to Root Folder.
4. Open the form and edit as required. Press Save when complete.
5. To share the form, click on Integrate > Share and copy the link. You could also create a URL Redirect if you wanted to customize the link.
If you want to run a different promotion or a paid offer, you can replace the fields as required or add an order form element. For paid offers, you will first need to create the product in Payments > Products.

AUTOMATION WORKFLOW
When a current member submits the form, the promotion workflow will automatically create a new contact for their guest, record who made the referral and send a confirmation email to both the member and their guest.
1. Go to Automations > Workflows and open the SC Template Workflows folder.
2. Open the Promotions and Referrals folder and find the relevant promotion workflow.
3. Click on the ellipsis menu (three vertical dots) and select Duplicate Workflow. Rename the form and press Create.
4. Click the ellipsis menu again and select Move to Folder. Use the back arrow to find the desired folder and press Move.
5. Open the workflow and click on the trigger at the top. Choose the correct form for the Form Is filter and press Save Action.
6. Edit the workflow as required. When complete, toggle on Publish.
