Summer Slimdown
The Summer Slimdown program is a five week program which focuses on eating whole foods. The program also features lessons on how to sustain your weight while on vacation.
SUMMER SLIMDOWN 2025
You can run the Summer Slimdown at any time during summer, making it a flexible option for any schedule. The branded funnel, automations, and marketing emails have already been added to your account.
Guides are not automatically included in this setup, but you can request them below. If you would like us to set up Summer Slimdown at another time of year, please contact Support.

Click below to request either a branded copy of the recipes and success guides or instant access to edit and brand them yourself. The guide can be requested at any time. If you choose the branded option, please allow up to 28 days for completion.

Summer Slimdown resources include challenge guidelines, recipes, super shake guide, glow up skin guide, and a holiday packing guide. Once you have edited the guides, you will need to download the files as separate PDFs.

SUMMER SLIMDOWN US JULY 4 2025
The welcome messages will start on May 21, which is when youβll need to assign the program. The prep weekend begins on May 23, and the main program runs from May 26 to July 1, finishing just in time for Independence Day on July 4.
SUMMER SLIMDOWN UK SUMMER HOLIDAY 2025
The welcome messages will start on 11th June, which is when youβll need to assign the program. The prep weekend begins on 13th June, and the main program runs from 16th June to 21st July, finishing just in time for Summer Holidays starting on 23rd July.

Images used within SuperCoach CRM resources are licensed to be used in the specific resource only. If you need additional images for the project or social media, you can source free summer images from Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash.
With attribution, you can also use images from Freepik.
You are responsible for checking the terms of use/license agreements for any images you use.
If you have any how-to questions or need support with platform tools or features, you can chat with our new Level 1 Triage Team by clicking the purple chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This team is available 24/7 to give you instant answers to your queries at any time of day.
If you have a more advanced question, you can email our Level 2 Specialist Team at [email protected]. This team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 1:00pm (EDT). They focus their mornings on replying to support queries, and their afternoons on new resource creation, platform-wide improvements, and project requests.
The Level 2 Specialist Team will be unavailable on September 1. During this time, the Level 1 Triage Team will still be available 24/7 via the purple chat bubble for any how-to questions and platform-related queries.
