Transform in 4 is a four-week program that focuses on eating whole food. Resources include a funnel, program, recipe guide, super shake guide, restaurant guide and meal plan/shopping list guide.
TRANSFORM IN 4 MAY 2026
Transform in 4 works perfectly as a four-week challenge leading up to Memorial Day. Since this is a popular program branded funnel, automations, and marketing emails will be added to your account at the start of March.
This setup is free and does NOT require a credit. Guides are not automatically included in this setup, but you can request them below. If you would like us to set up Transform in 4 at another time of year, please contact Support.

Click below to request either a branded copy of the recipes and success guides or instant access to edit and brand them yourself. The guide can be requested at any time. If you choose the branded option, please allow up to 28 days for completion.

Transform in 4 Canva template includes challenge guidelines, recipes, sample meal plan and shopping lists, restaurant guide, and super shake guide. Once you have edited the guides, you will need to download the files as separate PDFs.

1. To access the Transform in 4 program, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.
2. Next click on Programs in the left hand menu bar and the select the Marketplace tab.
3. Locate the required program and then click on Save to My Programs.

THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
Our Level 2 Support Desk will be closed from November 26 – 28, and again from December 24 – January 1. The 24/7 Level 1 Triage Team will be available throughout these dates and during the holiday period.
Please remember that all New Year–related project requests should be submitted by November 30, and that we recommend testing all resources by December 20.
