5 Day Macro Mastery and 28 Day Macro Method
If you are a macros coach, we have two core resources designed to help your clients understand macros, apply the principles in practice, and build competence before moving into more structured implementation.
The 5 Day Macro Mastery Challenge is intended to be used as a lead magnet, helping clients build awareness, experiment with tracking and meal building, and gain early wins.
The 28 Day Macro Method is a four-week client-facing program that develops confidence and consistency with macro tracking, layering change gradually and focusing on sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.
NUTRITION MACRO CALCULATOR
We recommend pairing these programs with your Nutrition Calculator Tool to guide clients toward appropriate macro targets. Your Nutrition Report URL should be added to Day 3 of both programs so clients can calculate and apply their targets at the right point in the journey.
